This is the extended text. You only see it when you have clicked the "Read more »" link, (or the permalink). This feature uses the !M button on the Quick Tags toolbar. You decide where you want the link, if at all, by clicking !M when writing your article. You can edit your template to customize both "Read more »" and "Follow up:" to suit your tastes.
By the way, this post uses "strong" and "BLK" buttons to make the !M stand out as it does. If you change templates the black text might not show up.
